We offer Hybrid Wedding Packages:
Our Hybrid packages program combines traditional wedding planning (but at a much more affordable price), with streamlined inclusions and vendor selections, for a one-of-a-kind wedding planning experience.
Don’t want to use our Preferred Vendors? NO PROBLEM! Our Preferred Vendors are pretty awesome (we’re a little biased), because we’ve vetted each and every one of them to make sure we found the services that could deliver both quality & affordability, without sacrificing your style. But, all of our Vendors are optional, so you can have the wedding of your dreams!

We are Shay and Kari, two BFFs who love party planning and love bringing dreams come to life!
We will do everything in our power to make your dream wedding come true, without breaking the bank.

How It Works
Step 1: You come to us with your Total Wedding Budget ($5K, $10K, $20K, etc) and we help you fill it, keeping in mind your priorities, style, love story, and budget in mind the whole way.
Step 2: We match you up with a rockin’ Ranches Weddings Event Curator (the equivalent to a wedding planner except more affordable!). They sit down with you and help you fit the pieces to your wedding together.
Step 3: Your Curator will set up in-person and remote meetings with you throughout your timeline, and update you via a Weekly Progress Report.
Your EC is with you every step of the way — from “Will You…?” to “I Do!”
