Shay has been in the event business for over 10 years. From starting out as a caterer fresh from high school to planning restaurant grand openings, to wedding planning, she has a passion for parties. She is ecstatic to head The Ranches Weddings Planning System and hopes to evolve the way people wedding plan – simpler, stress-free, and more enjoyable! She loves adventurous activities, is an active athlete, and mother of 4. She will do everything in her power to plan the wedding beyond your dreams!
Kari
Assistant Director
Kari is the optimistic best friend you long to have! She has a natural eye for interior decor and is an expert at creating beautiful events on a budget. She is personable, and approachable, with a bubbly personality. She will make sure your wedding stands out exactly as you imagine. She is also a published author, a talented interior designer, and a happy mother of 4.
Bobby
Event Curator
Bobby has been bringing dream events to life since high school, from enchanting proms to elegant weddings. She’s a hopeless romantic with a love for beautiful details, heartfelt moments, and making magic happen! When she’s not planning love stories, you’ll find her crafting, getting lost in a book, or spending time with her family and her pup, Zero.

Madison is a seasoned event planner with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for flawless execution. With years of experience crafting elegant weddings, high-profile corporate events, and unforgettable celebrations, Madison brings expertise, precision, and a calm, strategic approach to every occasion.
